**Duties**
As an Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your role will involve creating and optimizing ads, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute advertising strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate funds effectively across different channels
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven optimizations
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and content, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising

**Skills**
To excel in this role, you should possess a combination of technical skills and creative thinking.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in E-commerce platforms and tools
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and segmentation
- Familiarity with Google products, including Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Proficient in Shopify for website management
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and best practices
- Knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript for ad customization and optimization

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager)
- Understanding of SEO principles to optimize ad performance

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
