**Overview**
MSALABS is an experienced global provider of geochemical laboratory services to the exploration and mining industries in Canada, the USA and around the world. We have a rapidly growing network of laboratories in key mining regions around the world.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Langley, BC. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide support to the HR department in various administrative tasks and assist in the implementation of HR programs and policies.

**Responsibilities**
- Draft administrative documents (employment certificates, work contracts and amendments, internship contract etc.)
- Assist in implementation of policies and procedures
- Ensure the completeness of personal files
- Digitally archive personnel files
- Draft and post job adverts
- Organize interviews with Hiring Managers
- Arrange and conduct internal investigations, disciplinary & grievance meetings as and when required
- Assist Managers with employee HR matters
- Collect and archive performance review documentation for all employees
- Manage staff onboarding and offboarding process
- Maintain HRIS system (D365) and create reports as required
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma in HR or equivalent; CPHR designation or working towards same an asset
- Involved in change of HR/ERP system would be an advantage
- 3- or 5-years’ experience in Human Resources administration
- Knowledge and experience with ERP’s
- Experience in mining preferable but not essential
- Good Excel knowledge (intermediate level - pivot tables)
- Self-organization skills and good time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, use initiative and be proactive
- Experience of managing a high-volume workload
- In office primarily, some remote work, occasional travel (10% or less)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (required)
