As an HR Coordinator, you will be one of the first contact points for all new team members. You will handle all aspects of HR coordination activities.
**Schedule**: Full-Time; 5 days per week on-site
**Salary**:$48,000 to $61,000 per year

**Who You Are**:
- Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in Human Resources
- Posses excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritize duties/projects, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with constant demands.
- Tech Savvy - Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
**What Your Day Will Look Like**:
- Conduct reference checks and initiate criminal history checks
- Provide support, as needed, for career fairs and recruitment events
- Extract and utilize data on effectiveness of current employee programs as well as completing survey submissions to support best practices
- Assist the Human Resources department in various functions, including but not limited to administrative duties and internal recruitment activities
- Assist with HR initiatives and projects as requested
- Remains up-to-date with current industry trends.
