**Administrative Assistant**

**POSITION**

We are currently looking for a talented individual to support our management team.

**MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks for President and

Office Administrator.
- Ensure timesheets are completed by managers and entered into our system weekly.
- Entering data into excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to date electronic and paper job files, all within the established timelines.
- Work alongside project managers to collect project tickets and/or job costing reports.
- Prepare monthly project Progress Certificates/Invoices for Office Administrator.
- Manage office supplies and ordering as necessary.
- Work alongside estimators to assist with tendering, bid calendar, sub trades, etc.
- Edit and proofread reports and correspondence.
- Participate in company and team meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.

**DESIRED SKILLS AND TRAITS**
- Minimum 5 years experience working as an administrative assistant, coordinating projects in an office environment is required within the Construction industry.
- Highly effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks at any given time.
- Ability to recognize and meet deadlines in fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Analytical, detail oriented, team player, problem solver.
- Attention to Detail.
- Ability to coordinate several simultaneous work tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and flexible work style.
- Task oriented: 90% of time will be spent working on computer.
- Proficiency with Office 365(Excel, Word and Outlook).
