**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and reports
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper-based)
- Support staff with clerical tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support onboarding process for new employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must (Excel, Outlook, Word)**
- **Strong attention to detail**
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
