**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a full time Office Clerk for our Heavy Parts division in Mississauga, Ontario.
You will be responsible for general administrative duties including but not limited to:
- Receiving parts and accessories into the database
- Account Payable tasks as assigned
- Reconciling invoices, purchases, etc.
- Create and follow up on debit memos with suppliers
- Perform various clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.).
**Qualifications**:
To join our team, you need:
- Previous experience in office administration with a focus in accounting
- Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
- Analytical
- High level attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office and great sense of organization
