As a Door-to-Door Marketer, you will be the face of our company, reaching out directly to homeowners in your community to promote our high-quality residential and commercial painting services. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own schedule, earn competitive commissions, and directly contribute to the growth of a reputable, local business.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Engage Homeowners**: Knock on doors and engage potential customers to introduce our painting services, discuss their needs, and set up consultations or estimates.
- **Promote Our Services**: Share the benefits of choosing [Your Company Name] for interior/exterior painting, emphasizing our quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.
- **Generate Leads**: Qualify leads by understanding the needs of homeowners and scheduling follow-up appointments for our sales team.
- **Track Progress**: Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-up opportunities using our simple CRM system.
- **Provide Excellent Customer Service**: Ensure each interaction reflects our company values and leaves a positive, lasting impression.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Must be personable, confident, and able to build rapport quickly with homeowners.
- **Motivated & Driven**: You’re results-oriented and enjoy working independently to achieve goals.
- **Sales Experience**: Previous experience in door-to-door sales or related fields is a plus, but not required.
- **Positive Attitude**: Must be energetic, friendly, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to stay organized, manage your time, and work without constant supervision.
- **Reliable Transportation**: A car or reliable means of transportation to travel between neighbourhoods.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
