**The Opportunity**

We’re seeking a **Marketing Manager** to lead our overall marketing strategy and drive growth. You’ll work closely with our CEO and team members, leveraging your expertise in social media, Google Ads, and creative content. This is a mid-level role with ample room for growth in a dynamic, flat-hierarchy environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute our company’s marketing strategy
- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns and social media initiatives
- Oversee direct mail campaigns
- Track and measure key metrics like leads generated and cost per lead

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience** in marketing (minimum of 2-3 years preferred)
- Proficiency in **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads**, and **design software**:

- **Creative thinking**, **critical thinking**, and the ability to manage tight timelines
- **Strong communication** and collaboration skills
