**What You’ll Do**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing professional and friendly reception services.
- Manage and update our social media platforms and website with engaging, on-brand content.
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
- Conduct accurate data entry and ensure our systems are up-to-date.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in administration or office environments is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with social media platforms and basic office software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
