Servers are salespeople. They’re the most direct connection between your guests and you. They should be friendly, outgoing and be able to relate to others. Successful waiters can make judgement calls about what kind of customer they’re waiting on and what their expectations are. They should be able to read and react accordingly. They should know when to chat and when to leave people alone.

As salespeople, it is crucial for servers to know their product inside and out. They should know the ingredients, preparation methods & taste.

− Passionate about coffee

Tasks and Responsibilities:
As a barista/server cook, you are responsible for serving customers in house while also managing online orders including Skip the Dishes, DoorDash, UberEats. You are responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffees and smoothies while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. You must work with your team to complete the following:
− Providing excellent customer service in a clean and welcoming environment

− Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers

− Ability to modify menu items to meet dietary restrictions & preferences

− Preparing and serving hot/cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and speciality beverages

− Preparing and serving smoothies according to recipes

− Receiving and processing customer payments

− Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils, equipment, and restocking inventory

− Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
