Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic server to join our dynamic team in a restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
  • Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences.
  • Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to maintain smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
  • Experience in serving or barista roles is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service to customers.
