**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences.
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.

**Requirements**:

- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Experience in serving or barista roles is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service to customers.
