**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Assist with the processing of payroll accurately and on time, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Perform financial auditing to identify discrepancies and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing account analysis and forecasting financial trends.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting procedures and improve efficiency.
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in financial services, including payroll management and accounts receivable/payable functions.
- Strong knowledge of financial auditing practices and budgeting techniques.
- Experience with bank reconciliation processes and account analysis.
- Familiarity with accounting software tools for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with PBS an asset
- Experience in a Car Dealership an asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
