**What You’ll Do**:

- Process all daily aircraft records including technical logs, workorders, task cards, component changes, and work packages.
- Audit all aircraft records for accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Follow up with line stations and heavy maintenance facilities on all corrections and/or missing documentation.
- Perform non-technical corrections.
- Record fluid uplift and compass monitoring data.
- Ensure the maintenance forecast always remains up to date,
- Maintain archiving system by ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
- Generate information files for seasonal and core fleet aircraft.
- Other duties as assigned by the Technical Records Manager.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Aircraft Technical Records experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CAR 605.92 and CAR 573.15; Asset
- Familiarity with the ATA system, and maintenance terminology & acronyms
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Willing to work shifts including some weekends.
