Medical Administrative Assistant/ Physiotherapy Clinic Receptionist

MEDSPORT OTTAWA is looking for an administrative assistant in a sport medicine clinic.
This position includes administrative work, receptionist duties, and some physiotherapy aide tasks. We are a multi-disciplinary team of doctors and allied health professionals including physiotherapists and massage therapists. Therefore this is a combination of medical office assistant and physiotherapy receptionist work. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with patients and thrives in a busy environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in working with a team Experience or interest in working in a medical office or a physiotherapy clinic is an asset.
Mandatory qualifications include post-secondary education in a related field, experience with electronic medical records or ability to learn computer software quickly, reliable and punctual, excellent patient service skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment, and fluency in English. Knowledge of EMR systems like Accuro or Jane is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
