**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project activities. Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence. Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures. Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation.
- Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members. Assist with logístical arrangements and procurement of project resources.
- Identify and resolve administrative issues that may arise during project execution. Propose solutions to improve project efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**As this role is being funded by the Canada Summer Jobs program, the following are eligibility requirements**:

- You are between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment
- You are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (foreign students are not eligible)
- You are legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations
