**Compensation**: $100 per hour, with a minimum of $300 for project completion

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Program Evaluator or Subject Matter Expert (PE/SME) to support the review and improvement of our Long Term Care Services Administration & Management Diploma program. This role involves evaluating program content to ensure it meets current industry standards, aligns with PTIB (Private Training Institutions Branch) requirements, and provides relevant and comprehensive training to students preparing for careers in long-term care administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and assess the program curriculum, materials, and overall structure to confirm alignment with industry standards and PTIB guidelines.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate feedback, making adjustments to strengthen program outcomes.
- Complete and submit detailed evaluation documentation required by PTIB.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in Long Term Care Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, or instructional design, ideally within the healthcare or education sectors.
- Familiarity with PTIB submission requirements and experience ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to developing high-quality educational content.

**Additional Information**:
This project is estimated to require approximately 2-4 hours for a full program review and recommendations; however, a minimum payment of $300 is provided to ensure competitive compensation. Upon PTIB approval, this role may lead to potential teaching or curriculum development opportunities within the program.
