**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including follow up.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the president.
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
- Ensure the office is clean and organized at all times.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Commutation and follow up with vendors and clients.
- Administrative and clerical tasks including financial and human resources.
- Have strong computer skills, particulally with Microsoft 365.
- Have at a good working knowledge with Quickbooks.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be organized, detailed oriented.
- A strong passion for professional hockey is a plus.
**Salary**: $800.00-$1,000.00 per week
