**About Our Team**:
The Axial Insights & Analysis team is driving AstraZeneca's large-scale transformation powered by S/4HANA. As part of this once-in-a-generation program, you will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain from bench to patient, affecting the daily work of over 20,000 employees and central to our core business processes.

**Your Role and Impact**:
What You will Do
- ** Collaborative Leadership**: Partner with finance teams and senior leaders to capture and articulate business requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
- ** Analytics Integration**: Lead the integration of analytics and AI into finance business processes, enhancing decision-making and efficiency.
- ** Data Management**: Champion the creation of an analytics catalogue, improve data literacy, and participate in governance to foster citizen data services.
- ** Standards and Guidelines**: Develop and embed best practices for the business intelligence lifecycle.
- ** Change Management**: Address the challenges of transitional states within the transformation program.
- ** Workshop Facilitation**: Prepare and conduct Fit-2-Standard workshops to ensure the successful adoption of new systems.
- ** Operating Model Design**: Contribute to the development of the analytics and AI operating model and identify training needs for continuous learning and development.

**Your Skills and Expertise**:
Crucial Qualifications
- ** Analytical Expertise**: Substantial business analysis experience with a deep understanding of analytics.
- ** Finance Process Knowledge**: Proficiency in finance-related business processes such as Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Enterprise Planning.
- ** BI Tool Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with BI tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik, and PowerBI.
- ** Communication Excellence**: Skilled in conveying complex information through analytics to a broad audience.

Desirable Qualifications
- ** S/4 HANA Experience**: Involvement in full S/4 HANA implementation cycles in Analytics.
- ** Regulatory Knowledge**: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like GxP and SOx.
- ** SAP Module Exposure**: Experience with various SAP modules from a finance perspective.
- ** Industry Experience**: Background in Bio-Tech, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences sectors.
- ** Leadership**: Experience leading teams of analysts and testers.
- ** Certifications**: Credentials in SAP, Project Management, Business Intelligence, Data Management, or Finance.
