IT Business Lead Analyst

The IT Lead Business Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. **Responsibilities**: Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between Product, Technology, other Internal Partners and Vendors. Work with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, coordinate and facilitate functional development, and manage the delivery and implementation of the required product functionality. Manage complex technology projects with conflicting priorities in a matrixed organization with partner teams across multiple disciplines and countries for the TTS Liquidity Management Services Business. Lead Agile process to ensure delivery and releases are within scope. Manage communications, project escalations and program/projects risks. Ensure delivery quality, safety and stability in order to provide excellent customer service. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. **Qualifications**: 10+ years of experience in the Financial Industry Technology with knowledge of Treasury, Liquidity Management and Core Banking. Knowledge in Flexcube is a plus. Functional, technical and implementation experience in Treasury, Liquidity Management and Core Banking solutions and products. Ability to work in a dynamic and matrixed organization collaboratively and make independent decisions. Experience in all phases of product development from requirements through deployment and support. Experience in project management, risk identification and mitigation. Execution oriented with strong attention to detail; Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative Strong communication skills to interact with partner teams and senior management in oral and written form and to present relevant information. Strong collaboration and relationship management skills - ability to develop and sustain positive partnerships with cross-functional teams.
