We are hiring a **Product Lead / Business Analyst **to join our growing company for a 6 months contract with the potential for full-time employment.

**Role**:

- Responsible for adoption, retention, and engagement metrics across the products funnel.
- Responsible for ensuring data analytics, measurement, and product KPI is part of the product development process.
- Create user stories, diagrams, and screen/interface designs annotations for both projects and products.
- Works with design and UX team alike to develop, annotate and test UX/ UI.
- Create UAT plans, UAT cases, and training material to facilitate UAT.
- Tracks and prioritizes defects and releases to production.
- Maintain existing documentation and knowledge base.
- Support business requirement gathering and elicitation for enterprise clients.

**What You'll Do**:

- Determine and prioritize customer and client wants to result from implementation requirements and product roadmaps discussions and needs utilizing market and user research techniques
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Service teams to deepen understanding of the customer, client, and team needs/areas of improvement
- Lead product discovery engagements by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data points to make sure we’re solving the right problem
- Define and oversee product feature creation, with a focus on MVP development and future iteration planning
- Be a key contributor to the build phase by ensuring the product meets and exceeds the quality and methodologies that make our product a leader in the space
- Work and collaborate with the team to plan sprints, run story acceptance meetings, and monitor progress to move projects forward
- Measure, analyze, and report on product metrics to help grow, innovate, and improve
- Establish product processes within the team and across the organization to ensure effective communication and execution
- Present, train, and educate clients, employees, analysts, and the broader market on the benefits of Veriday products.

**What You'll Bring**:

- The ability to translate complex market problems and needs into clear business value for enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of portal, intranet, and CMS platforms is an asset.
- Experience using market data to successfully inform decision-making and measure outcomes
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CSM, CSPO is an asset
- Proficient technical knowledge of CMS, web design is an asset
- The expertise of Google analytics/amplitude/mixpanel/Heap is an asset
- Enthusiastic pursuit of product growth derived from the entrepreneurial spirit.
