Construction Office Administrator

Post-secondary education.
- A minimum of 2 years administration experience in the construction industry.
- Assist the Estimators with prequalification and bid document preparation and delivery.
- Assist the Project Coordinator with processing shop drawings, project schedules and contracts.
- Assist the Project Managers with construction site communication/documentation, closeout documentation, and subtrade communication/documentation.
- Assist the Health & Safety Coordinator with updating and maintaining manuals/program.
- Assist the Office Manager with processing supplier/subtrade invoices.
Applicant must have exceptional organizational and computer skills, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, able to work independently, and be a team player. A valid driver’s license and police security clearance is mandatory. Successful applicants will be contacted for an in-person interview.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
