**Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document management, drafting and sending correspondence, preparing for meetings, maintaining meeting minutes, and advising on contractual inquiries. Collect, analyze, and distribute information and reports to the Construction Team promptly and effectively
- Respond to general inquiries and act as a first point of contact to resolve issues related to construction sites
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with other teams, sites, corporate services, suppliers, trade partners, municipalities, consultants, and vendors
- Includes some on site reviews to support the inspection team with construction related issues
- Letter of credit reduction requests
- Cost sharing calculations

**Fundamental Skills**
- Previous working knowledge of construction industry, 5-7 years
- Previous administrative experience an asset, 2 years
- Post secondary diploma an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams), Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Self motivated with the ability to work well in a team and independently
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude with a flexible work style

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $29.50-$34.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (required)
