Restaurant Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service
- Manage and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely delivery
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for the team

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Solid understanding of food service operations, including food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Experience in the hotel or food industry is preferred
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
- Proven track record in team management, including training, coaching, and performance management

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
