**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Manage and train staff, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Ability to handle cash management tasks accurately.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for cooking or culinary arts is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.59-$29.42 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
