Marketing Coordinator Job Posting

Here we grow again Collectivfide is growing so we need to add to our marketing team.
This is a brand-new role so you get to help shape what success looks like.

Working directly under the Marketing Specialist, this role will provide marketing support
for both Collectivfide and our broker partners to help increase our digital presence and
support our strategic priorities.

Being a relatively new start up, we are a tiny but mighty team at Collectivfide, so this role
is ideal for a self-starter who has a passion for using social media specifically and
marketing in general to help our businesses grow and thrive This role will be primarily
remote but will require in office attendance for collaboration days, team meetings, etc. in
our Cambridge, ON office.

- company and its future.”**What Will You Spend Your Time Doing?**
- Responsible for the social media for all of our broker partners including content creation,
- scheduling, posting, graphics.
- Schedule, maintain, monitor and engage with all of our social media platforms to grow
- followers.
- Content creation including but not limited to videos, blogs, reels, and static content.
- Support our business unit teams and our broker partners with marketing collateral.
- Update websites to ensure content remains current and engaging.
- Provide support to the Marketing Specialist for marketing programs and initiatives.
- Represent Collectivfide at community/industry events when required.
- Provide ad hoc marketing/admin support as needed.

**Key Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar role.
- Must have previous experience working on company social media platforms (Facebook,
- Instagram, Linked In, Twitter).
- Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
- Previous experience with stock images.
- Prior working experience with Hootsuite or Square Space is an asset.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to multi-task and
- manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- This role will require occasional travel to represent/support Collectivfide at company or

industry events.
