Would you like to take on a stimulating, high-impact challenge? We are seeking a skilled Project Manager, Information Technology to oversee and manage various projects from initiation to completion.

**The role**

**The responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identifies interdependencies within several projects and programs and be able to track, report and escalate when required.
- Build financial forecast, including resources/ contracting and procurement active planning and participation.
- Coordinate resources and manage project team members.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to encourage innovation and efficiency.
- Actively contribute to Quarterly and Monthly reports.

**The requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, information technology, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP, Prince 2) certification, Agile certification (Scrum or SAFe) or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, Oracle Primavera).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Transportation domain knowledge is an asset.
- Experience in managing projects with governmental entities is an asset.
- Experience in private public partnership project (PPP) is an asset.
- Experience in business management process deployment and improvement is an asset.
- Experience in in IT project management and delivery framework.
