Bilingual Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and positive Bilingual Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Construction Project Manager under general direction, is accountable for managing and organizing Subcontractor workload for COE installations based on capacity and required due dates.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze the workload forecast for installation activities.
- Assess the subcontracting needs considering internal capacity and the installation workload forecast.
- Review and analyze various internal reports and engineering plans to assess requirements for subcontractor resources.
- Work with Control Center managers to ensure smooth and efficient project implementation of overflow work that goes to subcontractors.
- Interface with subcontractors and internal employees on a daily basis in both English and French.
- Develop short term and long term plans to manage load based on capacity to manage customer due dates.
- Develop a good relationship with employees, contractors, and internal/external customers.
- Provide direction to the Core Build Teams and/or Customer Service Center associates on work execution and problem solving and establish improvement plans when required.
- Review / analyze financial and scheduling reports, engineering plans, specifications, and work schedules.
- Ensure proper flow of job (billing, scheduling, material ordering, roadblocks) information between the subcontractor or construction/installation managers and internal/external customers.
- Monitor and accurately manage, expenses and budget for the team, read plans and quotes.
**Skills / Qualifications**:
- University Degree will be an asset.
- Must have 3+ years of Project Coordinator experience.
- Experience scheduling and or managing a team of technicians.
- Strong project management skills and a customer focused approach.
- Ability to identify roadblocks and resolve difficult issues frequently and efficiently Escalate the unresolved issues when required.
- Ability to manage and schedule projects using SAP.
- Understanding of Central Office Installations.
- Experience working within a Control Center is considered an asset.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook experience is an asset.
- SAP experience is considered an asset.
- Hybrid work available.
- Must be bilingual in English and French.
