**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and address any operational issues.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock of supplies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a management role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Weekends as needed
