**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Hire, train, and supervise all restaurant staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to guests
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food and beverage quality, inventory levels, and overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the executive chef to create and update menu offerings
- Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, staffing, and customer service
- Understanding of financial principles and budget management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
