**Your Responsibilities**

As our new Events Manager, you will report to and work closely with our Senior Events Manager in Toronto, Canada. The role is part of the Global Sales & Marketing team and is responsible for ensuring that the RepRisk brand and solutions are properly positioned and communicated through events across key markets. This position is a 12-month contract to cover a maternity leave with the option to extend into a permanent role for the right person. Your responsibilities will be to:

- Support the day-to-day operations of RepRisk’s global events strategy including hosted and sponsored events, and speaking opportunities (in-person, virtual, and hybrid).
- Own the global events attendance calendar and keep track of external events by client segment and geography.
- Conduct extensive research on external events that are taking place in our key markets.
- Plan, execute, and monitor event logistics as required, including venue selection, equipment rentals, contract support, budget management, event promotion, and post-event analysis.
- Draft and develop content to support speakers and coordinate agendas, bios, executive briefs, scripts and PowerPoint presentations.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal divisions, event organizers, vendors, and suppliers in support of the events strategy.

**Qualifications**:
**You Offer**
- Minimum of 5 years solid professional experience in a marketing role, preferably in the financial services industry and/or B2B market, with 3+ years in events management
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
- Experience with various technologies and platforms for virtual events
- Interest in sustainability/ESG topics, ESG investing, business sustainability, or related fields an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel
