Event Sales Manager

Superior Events Group is one of Toronto’s largest event rental and production companies. We supply amusement rides, inflatables, interactive games, and full event services for festivals, corporate events, schools, brands, and municipalities. We’re adding a Event Sales & Client Services Manager who wants to be part of the event world — someone who enjoys the pace, the variety, and the organized chaos that comes with making events happen. What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for clients Handle incoming calls and new inquiries Gather event details and enter them into our rental software Build and send template‑based quotes Follow up with leads and close bookings Answer questions about equipment, make recommendations, upsell, logistics, timing, access, and event‑day details Update orders, payments, and insurance requirements Coordinate details with operations and dispatch Keep communication tight between clients, sales, and ops You’ll Succeed Here If: You thrive in a fast‑paced, event‑based environment You’re comfortable with busy days, constant movement, and shifting priorities You take pride in accuracy — details matter You’re calm under pressure and steady when things get busy You enjoy seeing the work you do turn into real events out in the world You take initiative and don’t need constant direction You communicate confidently on the phone and by email You want a long‑term career in the event industry This Role Is NOT For: Anyone looking for remote work Anyone who’s uncomfortable on the phone Anyone who can’t juggle multiple tasks at once Anyone who dislikes the event industry or doesn’t want to be part of it Anyone who freezes under pressure Anyone who is not organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable Anyone who is uncomfortable with tech and learning new systems Anyone who cannot handle volume and stay composed Individuals with experience in events, coordination, production, hospitality, or customer service are encouraged to apply The Details Monday–Friday (occasional weekends and evenings) Opportunities to grow into more responsibility over time Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Job Attributes Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industry: Event Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
