**Event Manager**

Our event space is seeking a motivated and experienced Event Manager/Event Promoter to manage, develop and execute successful and profitable events. We are looking for a dynamic individual with sales and event coordination experience. You will work directly with clients to plan and host a variety of events, from weddings to corporate events to social gatherings. The individual will develop and execute innovative promotional campaigns that maximize occupancy and revenue generation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and successful event marketing strategies to attract a diverse range of clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other partners.
- Manage event details, including logistics, catering, audio-visual, transportation, and other details as required.
- Ensure that each event runs smoothly and meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Monitor and manage event budgets to achieve optimal return on investment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on event bookings, revenue, and expenses.
- Handle client complaints and concerns quickly, effectively, and professionally.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in event management, sales, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence clients and key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to plan and organize successful events of varying sizes and complexity.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
