Are you known for your organizational skills and autonomy? Do you know how to manage your priorities and are you comfortable working under pressure? We have a position for you Investia is looking for an administrative technician to join our self-managed products team.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

- Participate, each year, in the year-end and year-beginning process, verify the processing of new data concerning periodic payments and communicate this information to customers.
- Perform tasks related to the issuance of various tax slips and the fee collection process.
- Ensure compliance with control measures by analyzing reports and reconciliations.
- Handle complex files, adjustments, correspondence and complaints from team members' clients.
- Communicate regularly with the sales force, other departments and customers.
- Collaborate in the drafting and implementation of administrative procedures.

PROFILE:

- DEC in financial services, administration or related discipline and 2 years' relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the mutual fund environment and financial services products.
- Knowledge of accounting and taxation is a major asset.
