Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for e-commerce and customer satisfaction? We're on the lookout for a dedicated E-commerce & Return Solution Specialist to join our team and take charge of our customer service department.

**About Us**:Akex Solutions is a rapidly growing e-commerce venture that offers leading product selling on the top e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Bestbuy, Newegg, Walmart, Ebay, woocommerce). As we continue to expand, we believe that providing exceptional customer service and optimizing our return processes are crucial to our success.

**Responsibilities**:
**E-commerce Expertise**:Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth operations and a user-friendly shopping experience.
Monitor website performance, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotions and product launches.

**Return Solution Specialist**:Develop and implement efficient return policies and processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze return data and customer feedback to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
Work with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline the return handling process.

**Customer Service Management**:
Address escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
Implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce management and return solution implementation.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to drive improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- English & Cantonese (verbal & written)
- College / University Degree
- HTML
- WordPress
- WooCommerce, Shopify
- Amazon Seller Central
- Microsoft Office, Excel, SEO
- Database management/maintenance experience
- E-Commerce experience required
- Strong Business Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to perform well in a collaborative environment
- Self-motivated and self-starter with a creative mindset
- Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
- Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
- SQL experience preferred
