**Key Responsibilities**

**Inventory Management**:

- Oversee daily inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
- Organize and update inventory records within our system.
- Generate reports on stock status and discrepancies.

**Inventory Ordering**:

- Track stock levels and determine reorder points.
- Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries.
- Work closely with the purchasing team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

**E-Commerce Platform Management**:

- Manage and update product on Shopify.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor orders, process returns/exchanges, and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings and promotions.

**Office & Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organized files and office supplies.
- Assist with shipping and receiving logistics.
- Support general office operations as needed.

**Social Media Assistance**
- Assist with scheduling and posting content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions — and escalate to the appropriate team when needed.
- Help capture behind-the-scenes content and ideas from product arrivals, events, and retail updates.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm engaging post ideas and trends.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail operations (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in office software (Excel Sheet, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of POS software (a plus).
