**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday

**Salary Range**: $38,000-$45,000 annual

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating, optimizing, and managing product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and the company’s own online store.
- Ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO keywords to maximize visibility.
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the purchasing department to ensure timely restocking.
- Tracking inventory movements and updating the e-commerce platforms accordingly.
- Coordinating with the fulfillment team or external partners (warehouses, couriers) to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Assisting with planning and executing promotional activities, including discounts, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Update e-commerce platforms with promotional banners and other marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and suggest improvements based on research findings.
- Assist in writing product descriptions, blog posts, or social media updates to engage customers.
- Ensure the accuracy and attractiveness of all online content to drive sales.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Centra.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, analytics software, and advertising platforms.
- Attention to detail for listing accuracy and compliance.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Solution and detail driven in a fast pace, dynamic work environment.

**Prefer to Have**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Amazon or other marketplace operations.
