**Human Resources (HR)**
Under the leadership of the Director, HR Policy & Programs and Business Partners, you will join a collaborative and diverse team and have many opportunities for career development. You will have the full support of your leader and teammates to enhance your skills, experiment, and further your career through our customizable Learning & Development programs across various domains (HR, Data Analytics, etc.) and any relevant certifications.
**What you will do**
As the HR Policies and Programs Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of several Corporate Programs while supporting and ensuring efficiencies for all the activities that are part of the mandate of the team. You will track, prepare dashboards, and report on the progress of the projects and initiatives of the team to ensure goals are met.
More specifically, you will:
- Evaluate opportunities for improvement to HRPD processes and programs, including proposing enhancements and helping implement them.
- Assist with coordinating the Job Evaluation process by helping track requests, developing dashboards, and tracking service levels
- Awards of Excellence: coordinate the nominations process end-to end and play a key role in ensuring a positive client experience
- Assist with administration of Scholarships program by liaising with students and working with necessary partners (Accounts Payable, etc.)
- Conduct research and analysis and benchmarking on various HR legislations, policies and programs.
- Provide input into policy documents and into HRPD briefing notes for approval by Senior Committees of the Bank.
- Draft responses to questions regarding business processes and policies/interpretation.
- Respond to various surveys.
- Lead the administrative support of the annual submission of Top Employer.
- Support HR Vendor relationship/contract management and HRPD budget.
- Lead policy exceptions tracking and reporting
- Maintain SPO website for HRPD and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) committees
- Lead the coordination of a variety of HRPD and ED&I events
**What you need to succeed**
You are continuously looking for efficiencies and process improvement. You demonstrate that you are a self-starter and an effective communicator (both verbally and written) with the ability to clearly communicate and develop and maintain positive relationships with various internal partners and stakeholders. You are also a great teammate, with the ability to collaborate and solve problems in a team environment.
In addition, you have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Program Coordinator (or similar role)
- Experience within an HR environment including a good understanding of HR programs, processes, data and analytics, in various HR fields, including but not limited to: Awards of Excellence, Job Evaluation, Benefits, Surveys, ED&I, various HR policies.
- Familiarity & understanding of key project management principles
- Advanced skillset with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat
**Nice-to-have**:
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience working in a major, large sized organization

- Language requirement: English and French essential (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of functional (level 4) in second official language. Training may be provided to help reach the required level of fully functional (level 5) in second official language.
