As an administrator your duties involve performing a wide variety of administrative functions
- Provide support for Management Team
- Tracking, receiving and directing material deliveries
- Ensuring business protocols maintain alignment with Ontario Health and Safety requirements as well as labour standards.
- Full cycle bookkeeping, invoicing, billing, payroll, monthly reconciliations, and Government Reporting - HST, Payroll Taxes etc.
- Managing accounts receivable: estimates and invoices
- Managing accounts payable: tracking bill and expenses
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update business records.
- Oversea support staff
- Human Resources - onboarding new employees
**Required Skills**:
- Strong computer skills - ability to use social media platforms, MS Office, Mac OSX
- Proficient in QBO
- Strong communication skills - oral and written
- Self-motivated with extremely proficient organizational skills.
- Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
- Project Management skills/experience would be an asset.
Job Requirements
- Must hold a minimum G license with available means of transportation
- Must hold college diploma and/or university degree (equivalency)
- At least 5+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficient in QBO and accounting knowledge or experience
- At least two references (1 employer + 1 character)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
