**Reporting to**: Managing Partner - Sales
**Job Specifics**:
- Outbound cold connections to senior decision-makers across specific industries to discuss opportunities
- Implement and maintain sales targets through a healthy lead pipeline
- Actively manage inbound customer relationships to qualify leads and build the foundation for high-quality relationships with our customers
- Identify up-sale and cross-sale opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage, track and update customer activity within a CRM
- Participate in client meetings, following up and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Become knowledgeable with the bidding process for janitorial projects
- Identify new operations systems and business opportunities
**Desired Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience building, developing and qualifying sales pipeline from the Janitorial/Facilities management industry
- CRM experience
- Experience using various methods to establish contact with prospects
- Experience developing effective messaging and business strategies
- Strong motivation, ambition and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work and lead in a team setting.
