We're growing—and looking for a driven **Business Development Manager** who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the staffing landscape inside and out.

**What You’ll Do**

As a **Business Development Manager (BDM)**, you will:

- Act as both a **hunter and a farmer**—generate new leads and expand existing accounts
- Make **50+ outbound calls daily** to develop new client relationships
- Meet clients across GTA (70% travel expected)
- Prepare and present proposals, close deals, and manage contracts
- Collaborate with recruiters and operations to ensure top-tier service delivery
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors

**What You Bring**

**3-5 years** of B2B sales experience (Staffing industry preferred)
**2+ years** in account management or client-facing recruitment roles
Proven ability to **cold-call**, **close deals**, and **exceed KPIs**
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in **CRM tools** and **Microsoft Office Suite**
Valid **driver's license and access to a vehicle**
Willingness to travel extensively across GTA

- Direct experience in **staffing industry business development**:

- **Access to a car** and a **valid Ontario driver’s license**

**What We Offer**

Competitive Base Salary ($42,500-$65,000) - Depending on Experience
