**Overview**:
CECI is a fast-growing siding and aluminum contracting company looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Estimator and Coordinator. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting project timelines, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. Experience with siding, cladding, or exterior finishes is an asset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead
- Analyze drawings and specs for take-offs and pricing
- Use software such as PlanSwift, HeavyBid, or BuildingConnected to manage estimates
- Collaborate with project managers to set budgets and schedules
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Submit bid proposals and maintain estimate records
- Coordinate project tasks and communicate with stakeholders
- Assist with resource planning and scheduling

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in construction estimating or coordination
- Proficient in PlanSwift, HeavyBid, BuildingConnected, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and pricing accuracy
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and within a team
- Post-secondary education in construction or engineering is an asset
- Valid G driver’s license required
- Experience in siding/exterior cladding preferred

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
