Construction Project Coordinator

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Understand scope of projects to gather information and requirements for tenders; setting priorities from tender documents, review and evaluate all documents for bid, and distribute documents to trades for quoting.
- Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding scope, inquiries, and project progress.
- Evaluates changes, addendums, and site requirements to include in tender package.
- Creates legal construction documents (e.g. CCDC-2, purchase orders), and closeout documents.
- Books inspections, schedules trades, and orders necessary equipment.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Assists Senior Estimator with management of construction projects, estimating, and coordinating.

Required skills:

- Estimating experience is and asset.
- Driver's licence is an asset.
- Experience with AutoDesk/PlanGrid is an asset, but not required.
- Able to read construction drawings.
- Develop accurate costs and budgets.
- Understanding of commercial construction processes.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe.
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills.

Salary starting at $45,000.00 + benefits, negotiable based on experience.

Monday to Friday.
