- **Project Manager/Estimator -**_ This challenging position requires a motivated individual with proven success in sales or account management who has an interest or past experience in residential and commercial renovations and property restoration work. 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the insurance industry. IICRC certification is an asset. Must have experience managing people, carries a positive and respectable work ethic and has the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
The Project Manager/Estimator general responsibilities include:
- Attend all assigned property losses, inspect site, complete inspection report, establish scope of work.
- Managing the complete job, emergency services including drying and/or stabilizing the building, cleaning, packing & moving of contents and complete rebuild/repair.
- Estimate equipment, manpower, cost of project, and materials required to accomplish each project using industry approved software (i.e. Xactimate)
- Strong communication with customers, clients, staff and subtrades
- Inspects buildings to determine work needed to maintain buildings to code and desired standards
- Ensure all company protocols are followed & company KPI’s are met
- Respond to Emergencies on a 24 hour on call basis on a rotation schedule
- Dispatch emergency crews to complete emergency assignments
- Ensuring all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to
- Providing excellent customer service
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
