**Position**: Working Site Foreman/Supervisor

**Location**: Field-based

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform service-based work on various sites and projects
- Lead other team members while collectively working together to complete projects in a timely manner and with high-quality
- Collaborate in developing project schedules and launch plans.
- Ensure adherence to quality control measures to meet our high company standards.
- Supervise all construction personnel and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
- Assist with construction tasks while overseeing project progress.
- Verify that work completed by Junior and Senior Technicians, as well as subcontractors, aligns with contract specifications and drawings.
- Maintain detailed daily reports on job status, site conditions, and personnel, including relevant on-site discussions.
- Actively raise and address issues during job site meetings.
- Notify the Operations Manager of any anticipated schedule delays or changes in project scope.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, including oversight of subcontracted work.
- Uphold a safe work environment, enforcing compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and our company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Hand and power tools
- Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Construction Site Supervisor.
- 10+ years experience in construction work.
- A degree or diploma in a construction-related field is an asset.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, field drawings, and plans.
- Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledgeable about relevant construction laws and building codes.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated capability to manage on-site discrepancies between workforces and subcontractors.
- Must have computer/phone skills.

**Experience**:

- Preferred: 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Preferred: 10 years of construction experience.

Pay: $35.00-$43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
