**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a **Landscape Foreman**, you’ll be in charge of running high-quality residential and commercial landscape projects, leading a crew of up to eight skilled professionals. Your role blends hands-on work, leadership, and project management to ensure top-tier execution.

**Your Mission**
- Own the job site - plan and present daily work strategies, direct the crew, and execute projects with precision.
- Supervise and train - lead by example, delegate tasks, and coach your team toward efficiency and excellence.
- Manage time, productivity, project budgets, and material logs to keep everything on track.
- Deliver quality and consistency - ensure all work aligns with blueprints, specifications, and client expectations.
- Operate heavy machinery including skid steers, mini-excavators, tracked loaders, and power tools.
- Adapt and problem-solve - adjust for field conditions, client requests, and material availability on the fly.
- Hire and retain top talent - maintain a strong team by recruiting and training new crew members.

**What We’re Looking For**

We want experienced, high-caliber professionals who take massive pride in their work and are ready to step up and lead.
- Three or more years of experience leading a landscape/construction crew
- Ability to read and execute landscape plans from start to finish
- Expertise in hardscaping, grading, and site preparation
- Strong leadership and communication skills - able to motivate and direct a team
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physically fit - able to lift 80 pounds and work in all weather conditions

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Speak French or Spanish
- Have irrigation installation experience
- Have experience training and developing crews
