**About us**

Talent Department Inc. has been engaged to identify talent for a leading company in the legal industry.

Location: The company is located Downtown Toronto, ON and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversight of the monthly financial close process
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
- Provide and analyze data and company financials
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including audit assistance
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic decision-making
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team

**Requirements**:

- 7-10 years experience in accounts receivable roles with 2-4 years in a managerial position
- Minimum 2 years in WIP billing environment, such as: consulting, legal, engineering, advertising, software, etc. industries
- Tech savvy with MS Excel, accounting and e-billing software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
