**Your job**
- Interact confidentially with various bank partners and internal members on various human resources files.
- Carry out follow-ups and/or reminders, when necessary, on tasks in order to support managers.
- Organize internal and external meetings by ensuring administrative follow-up and coordinating all related logistics.
- Provide administrative support to your teams and work closely with the team of assistants in improving the administrative functioning of the department and the development of internal procedures and processes.
- Coordinate and participate in the organization of various events when required.
- Contribute to various projects.

**Prerequisites**
- Completed vocational or college diploma or five years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and all collaboration tools
- Sense of autonomy, initiative and urgency
- Strong adaptability and proactivity
- Professionalism, thoroughness and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to work in a team
- Experience working with a large group of employees
