**SUMMARY OF FUNCTION**:
Manages all phases of order processing and sales related solutions. Identifies and implements opportunities for improvement in the scheduling process.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sales Service**:
In collaboration with **Engineering**:
Help build and maintain healthy customer relations.

Receives and verifies customers orders and enters into IQMS.

Acknowledges all customer PO’s once all areas are addressed - Piece Price, Delivery Date,

availability of R/M, availability of M/C’s, no changes in part design revision, etc.

Remains current with all production requirements on a daily basis.

Retrieve POs off customers portals.

Verifying feasibility of new orders (machine time and material availability).

Notifying customers of changes, issues, or delays.

Participates in the daily Production/Shipping Meeting.

Keeping track of open and upcoming orders.

Work with production to ensures on-time deliveries to all customers as indicated from their purchase orders.

Constant communication with shipping and production.

Rearranging the schedule when there are issues.

Consult the schedule to advise production on needed changes and to communicate information to customers.

**Other Duties**:
Create BOMs, inventory items, resin blends, etc.

Backup for shipping and accounting.

Support to engineering department.

Administrative tasks as needed.

Filling documents as per quality policy requirements.

Updating order status to customers when required.

Updating selling price information in IQMS.

Solving return material authorization (RMA) problems with customers, coordinating with quality dept., production, and accounts payable if necessary.
Completes other duties as required.

**Language Requirement**:
Precikam's working language is french however an extensive knowledge of English is required in the role due to the need to be able to communicate with our North American customers and external auditors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
- Purchasing: 3 years (preferred)
- Order entry: 5 years (preferred)
