**Job Title**: Inside Sales Representative
**Division**: Erikson Consumer
**Location**: Baie D’Urfe, QC (hybrid environnement)
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday | 8:30AM-5:30PM
**What you will do**:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for servicing our current clients, developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing transactions by managing orders, returns, exchanges in a timely manner.
- Assist customer with tracking shipments and ensure delivery of merchandise.
- Keep our customers updated with our daily and monthly specials.
- Assisting clients with the B2B portal.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product, service information and updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure each request is completed on time.
- Build positive relationships with customers fostering loyalty.

**What we are looking for**:

- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Bilingual.
